Great product and very nice people. The only reason it is not 5 star is that it took longer than they originally stated.

Window World Lubbock did an excellent job with my window project. They were thorough and professional. They were able to answer all my questions. They provided me with everything I asked for so that I felt comfortable in selecting them for my windows and doors. They provided references and explained how the windows were built. I had already researched the windows too. We had one hiccup with a measurement during installation and they had to re-order. They would not let me pay for what they had already done until that was corrected.
Sherri was my project manager and she knows her stuff. Corny was the lead installer and he was careful and did a neat installation and cleaned up everything well.
My windows and doors are beautiful and I hope they will serve me well for many years. I would definitely recommend Window World of Lubbock!

Fast, courteous, and up front pricing, what's not to love. First we had our windows done then a few months later had window world come out and install a storm door. The ROE is great and so is their service.

The guys were great they had the old window out and the new one installed in under 2 hours. They hauled off the old window and installed trim, caulked everything and cleaned up before they left.
