Had some delays due to logistics issues, but in the end, Rod and his crew were very professional and worked with us every step of the way. The install was great, and I highly recommend them! I will be ordering more windows soon!

This was a simple process from beginning to install. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional. In this age of poor customer service and communication, Window World excelled at both in all stages.

Window World was a dream to work with...
From the salesman to the installer to the owner with a follow-up call to make sure everything was good. You couldn't ask for anything more. Great price and good looking windows which are going to save me money with my utility bills.
In my opinion you don't need to go anywhere else other than Window World.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service we received on behalf of my mom! My mom lives 2 1/2 hours away from Lubbock and desperately needed a new sliding glass door. Rod and April went above and beyond with communication throughout the process. They were always quick to respond to any concerns or questions and with projected timetables and scheduling. On the day of installation we were greeted by Victor. He was quick to assess and remeasure everything before beginning the deconstruction of the old door. Victor was methodical, careful, courteous, and professional. He left everything impeccably clean. I would highly recommend Window World of Lubbock to anyone looking for windows, doors, and related services. They deliver on customer service and products. We are very pleased with the outcome!

I had my new windows put in a day before the big dust storm and was amazed not one grain of dust on any of my window seals. The service was amazing and the young man who put the windows in was a perfectionist. I got the best price with window world and so happy I went with them. ❤️

I am absolutely thrilled with my new windows. Victor and Randy did the install. Both guys were a pleasure to work with..very respectable regarding our property..cleaned everything up. Victor's skill is awesome. Sheri, our sales consultant was also a pleasure to work with, as well as April in the office. Thank you so much for our new windows. I will definitely recommend your company in the future. 😀
