Rod and the entire crew are very nice, professional folks. We purchased complete replacement windows and siding (with soffit and fascia) for our 65 year old ranch home. Communications while we waited for our windows to be custom built (4-5 weeks) was weekly. The 21 windows went in in about 2 days. The siding and shutters took another 2-3 days of on site work. The crew was very polite and cleaned up each day. Expect some noise, some dust, but only one window at a time was generally open to the outside at a time, and they worked on days with good weather.
They gave us a cash discount, which was nice.

Rod came to our home to estimate the cost of installing a new door to our home. He was on time and very pleasant in his presentation. We were very pleased with his efforts representing Window World and really enjoyed having him in our home.
Due to budget restraints and earlier efforts to get this door installed we felt compelled to accept another offer for the door.
In the future if we are in need of windows or doors we will certainly call Rod with Window World due to his kind and friendly manner and the quality of Window World products.

Fantastic experience. Sheri was knowledgeable about the product and sold a great home makeover. Benny (installer) worked all day and finished the 13 window job plus coil wrapping on garage in a day. Really good stuff. Trust these folks, they’ll make the job right for you. Windows are quality, huge upgrade from builder grade windows. Tight, quiet, solid product.

We replaced 4 windows and rewrapped 13 windows and 2 garage doors. Victor did a remarkable job, worked clean the whole time, answered questions, and was just generally accommodating and helpful. He came on time and finished on schedule even though there were a few unexpected challenges along the way. Rod, April, and the office staff were equally competent. 5 stars

Fantastic to work with the folks at Window World. I have used them on two separate occasions now. Both times were excellent experiences. Our older window installed by them several years ago is doing great. Very happy with the newer ones more recently installed. Cost effective and holding up. John Sain
