10 out of 10 recommend! The whole process was a breeze, from getting the estimate to install!! Trust me, we looked around and the other big companies are a waste of your time! We will definitely be using Window World again!

We had such a great experience with Window World. After hail damage we needed 8 windows and Window World was quick to respond to our call for help sending someone out to give us an estimate and show us the windows they carry. The windows came in when they said they would keeping us informed of the status. When it came to install the installer arrived when he said he would and got right to work. He had all the windows installed the same day and they look amazing. We couldn’t be happier with Window World and the entire experience.

Windows are great. Love them. Installers was nice. Cleaned up after themselves. Only compliant I have is little bit of miscommunication in the office with installers were running behind by one day. Was not notified the day before.

Rod came to my house today and even though we didn’t decide to work together, I would like to say that if everyone was as professional and open about what he provides in the way of sales and service this would be a much better world. He realized that since I wasn’t looking for a complete replacement of my windows that it would be better for me that we didn’t try to mix and match. Instead of a sales job he was very helpful in giving me the names of people that could help me with my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for the windows he provides.

The new windows look fantastic! Victor and his crew were exceptional— they took extra care to prevent any remaining shards from the previously broken window from entering the house and walked us through every feature of the new windows. The whole process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. We really appreciate the fast turnaround and attentive service. Highly recommend Windows World Lubbock for quality work and peace of mind!
