Rod was exceptional to work with. He took more time to explain the advantages of his product than anyone else, and his on-site demonstrations of the window's capabilities were something we didn't receive from any other company. Rod's knowledge of the products and industry overall were very impressive, but more importantly, you get the feeling you're getting someone who's going to stand behind his and Window World's work down the road. Absolutely recommend.
